12 Must Read Self Help Books in 2020
One of my goals this year is to read one new self-help book every month. In the past, I have been TERRIBLE about reading. I spend much of my time in front of my PC either working or doing other things and as a result, reading has just gone by the wayside. But, this year I want to change that. For the last few months now I’ve been spending the last hour before bed away from my computer and phone. I have an e-reader that reduces blue light exposure and I’ve been catching up on some fiction.
